Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, January 28th:

Warm Up: Jog to Argo Loop, dynamic stretches
 

Workout: Progression loop- every 5 minutes you are going to increase your pace, once you increase don't go back down. Continue increasing pace for 30 minutes (6 increases).

Cool Down: Jog back to the store
