Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, March 25th:

​

Warm Up: Jog to Palmer Field, Dynamic Stretches

​

Workout: Fartlek- 3 x 3 min on (10k-half marathon pace), 3 x 2 min on (5-10k pace), 3 x 1 min on (mile-5k pace), with 2 min jogging rest between all reps.

​

Cool Down: Jog back to store

​
