"Starting with the strength training class is such a great introduction to Up and Running! Before the class, I had minimal strength training experience. The small class setting was a great way to learn. It felt like a very comfortable environment where I wasn’t afraid to ask questions. I learned so much from Eliana, and it was also helpful to learn from others in the class. For example, when other people would ask questions, they were usually about things that I wondered about too, but didn’t think to ask. This was a great way to learn collaboratively and make the learning more fun by working with others!"
